No this is a legitimate eBay web address I checked it out myself. Remember
only eBay has the domain ebay.com and eBayISAPI.dll is the code that handles
transactions. And the best clue it is from ebay is the very first part of
the URL it begins with https that means they have a security certificate and
are relatively safe to do business with.
