WARNING ! BEWARE PHONEY MESSAGE !!!!

Yesterday I received the following email which looks phoney. I've notified
ebay by email but they don't seem to have phone access. The link is not hpps
even though it says it is, and the site not only asks for all your security
details, but also your ATM pin number!

During our regular udpate and verification of the accounts, we couldn't
verify your current information. Either your information has changed or it
is incomplete.

As a result, your access to bid or buy on Ebay has been restricted. To start
