sorry about this stupid, fundamental question, but I am totally new to e-bay. My question is: if I want to buy something how can I be sure that the goods will really be shipped after I pay for it? I know that PayPal is safe but it doesn't guarantee that the seller will ship anthing, does it? I know I can never be totally sure but can you give me a clue how to be at least almost sure? thanks for any help | ||
