Auction Management "Software"

I know this has been visited, but it seems it's been a while. I'm hoping for
updated advice. I am looking for auction management software that runs on my
system, and not an online service. I want the data locally so I can easily
backup, and also to avoid monthly charges.

Is there an auction management solution that will also help in keeping track
of the origin and purchase price of items? This would assist me in
determining my profits (if any). I also understand that some allow you to
track feedback, send emails, market to directly to your clients, and more.

Any advice on the best software is greatly appreciated.
