BEWARE....mobilestore1 IS A RIP OFF FRAUD COMPANY THAT DIDN'T SHIP ANYTHING

BlankI recently won a bid for a battery for my cell phone. I paid for the item# 3038922410 within minutes of the auction closing. The seller mobilestore1 told me that I should expect to receive the battery within 7 days. After 10 days I still hadn't received the item, so I sent them an email asking when it was shipped. I received a very rude reply telling me to "be patient". After waiting another week (now 17 days in total) I still had not received the item so I sent them another email. I got another rude reply telling me that the item was sent and that I was either lying to them or gave them the wrong address. I am initiating fraud investigation against this company.
