The Scrolling Game Development Kit is a free open source program designed
for the Windows/DirectX platform. It helps those who are new to game
development create 2D games without writing any code, and helps those who
are exprienced game programmers to easily test their ideas and graphics as
well as design maps and graphics for "real" games. Features include
animated tiles, parallax scrolling, unlimited layers, maps billions of
pixels in size, high-quality smooth scrolling, efficient animation and
memory management allowing for huge, fast games.
