Default stack trace interpretation in msvc / win32

Can anyone tell me, or point me to an article that describes, how to use
stack traces in msvc / win32 to find where in the source code an exception
occurred? I've figured out how to use __try { } __except to catch the
exception, and StackWalk to dump a stack trace, I think, but I haven't
figured out how to get from the stack trace to the spot in my code where the
exception occurred.

Thanks for your help,
~Roger
