Default Windows Media Player 11 under Windows Vista

My.mpeg video files play rather slowly/choppy under Windows Vista Business
OS using Media player 11. Anybody know of a fix or why this is happening?

I use to play my videos ,mpeg files just fine prior to upgrading to Vista.

Default Windows Media Player 11 under Windows Vista

Yeah, Windows XP Professional was an and still is an excellent choice for an
OS, but there nothing wrong with change my friend. In lets say 4 years or
so, Vista will hopefully hold that same title as an excellent OS.

I don't mind change as long as the change is for the better. In this case it
isn't. Maybe next year it might be better.
