Its Officil, No more Xp in The market

Guys, i was seeing news yesterday. [Channel NDTV programme: news net 2.0].

Officially Xp is taken out of market. Its only vista from now on. Xp is now a collectors item.
I think this also means that no more customer service for Xp?

Microsoft is also working on a new windows [windows seven or something] which is expected to be launched in 2010!!! without many changes in the core of windows... After seeing vista, i sure am curious about the next one...

Is this for real? It took me years to change my OS to XP. I don't like changing OS a lot. I've seen vista and it didn't impress me that much, so I think I'd still stick with XP.

Vista is not as bad as people make it sound. Actually, its awesome...

You are right no more support for xp from july 1st. Support for xp from microsoft ended in june 30. They want to sell more and more vista, thats why they have taken back the support for xp. I don't think xp needs anymore support. The support given by microsoft is sufficient. I did not even update my xp from service pack 2. So xp lovers need not worry about this. I am not sure whether regular security updates for xp will be stopped, though I don't update there are some who updates xp regularly. It was said once that Windows seven, the next operating system requires very low system configuration as the core system is different from vista, but I am not sure. You said core system is similar to vista, may be your right.

wow really? a new system in 2010? i can't wait, for me personally i think vista is quite good, aside from not many softwares support it, but i got to say it does look nice compare to xp, but after vista is out, many programs out there that can change xp to vista look. and i been using one myself now. as for new system i cna't wiat, because they know waht to improve on vista now.

Oh yes it look better than XP but don't you know what most costumer are looking for? They are looking for comfort and easy way of using the system.

I totally don't like that XP will be removed and for sure a lot of others too will not. My opinion about vista is it is very difficult to use. And aside from that Microsoft system and support are getting very bad this time not like before.

I am sad about this news
