I am trying to install vista beta 2 on my machine but if i try to boot from the cd it just boots from the hdd instead. I think it boots from hdd if nothing usable is in the cd drive. I really want to get this installed | ||

you need to set the bios to check the CD drive first that contains the install cd, if you still cant get that to work set the bios to think there is nothing else but a cd drive installed. after you have installed it then change the bios all back  | ||
