| MK PitStop Member | While reading a magzine I found that Linux is easy to learn, in fact Linux of new generation are getting much more stability and good nd-user interface, even better than Windows. I completely agree with this. I have both Windows and Linux installed in my system and found Linux to be the easiest one, even though it took me 2 hrs, I learnt it completely from A-Z. In Windows, there are many things that I don't know and need to learn. FOr example - Registeries! What do you say?

| Member Level 1 | Both Windows and most of the most popular Linux distributions are point and click products for most of the needs a majority of computer users. But I think that the model of OpenSource testing and development has proven to be most democratic and most natural over the proprietary model. It not only caught up to proprietary software's capabilities in a lightning's pace, but in some arena's I think a majority of honest people who have used both OS's would have to agree, even surpassed it. No, it's not perfect, but unlike Windows, you have the right to know it, without the bank withdraw. | ||
