Skinning Software Not Good?

Hey All


Last time I brought my computer to the man who fixed them for me, he told me to stop using skinning software for windows. Like skinning your windows! Anyone who has some more information regarding this? cause I'd like to know if this is true!

well microsoft have mad xp so that there skins are harder to be played with thats why you need a software people do say that it can make problems but i really cant see this as at the end of the day its only images

have you got a good skin on if so please show i was thinking of making some skins for people to downlaod

well it's not the skinning that's interfering but the software, I heard when you deinstalled the program it always keeps small parts of the software on the computer thus making yours slower!

Are yes it could do Norton Antivirus is the same when i remove that you have to also go in the registery to remove things

I am after a free skinning software do you know anywere that does it
