Check the quality of movie before downloading completely....

3. Then in the dialog box that appears, look for an option : Keep broken files.

4. Then extract files.
Now, you will get the video only for the files you have downloaded and you can check the quality of the movie. Its so simple.
PS: This works only for winrar files and not for 7-Zip files.

many thanks for this i think iwas indeed needed something like this i usually delet movies after i spend lot of time downloading them because when i start watching them i chocked by their very bad quality

I dont think so. Becoz I have downloaded and extracted a lot of MP4 files in the same way I mentioned above and I had no problems whatsoever.

which plays from the avi file itself...
