Default Progress bar on top

I don't know if you have noticed, but 3.50 allows you to move the
progress bar (URL, zoom, buttons) on top of the display window.

This has been an often-requested feature, because mainly newcomers
were a bit confused to see it at the bottom.

Just another one of these niceties...
