Suggestion for Operasoftware and programmers | | Hello,
I would request this to all at Operasoftware and all programmers who like Opera (not only them).
I thought in order to make from Opera The best browser ever it has to read everything and support everything (almost ;-) ).
So why not try keep kernel of Opera small, supporting standard html and javascript, (since it should be ready mail function) .... and all basic
webbrowser functions as we know them now, to browse web fast and easy.
Then have ability of Opera to cooperate with "plugins" (I quote that, because I mean something more than plugin). These "plugins"should be able
to do thinks like give Opera abilities to handle different web standards and codes and all featured stuff which is on the web. I'm not sure if that's
clear, but for example these "plugins" could give Opera ability to display wrong coded html, connect to secure servers of banks, use java, virtual
enviroment for using plugins not compatible with basic Opera, display push technologies, ..................... You can tell that plugins are able to do this,
but lot's of them aren't made for Opera, these will be made for Opera and each time you will access some technology not supported by basic
Opera, it will go to server and install support module you need. This way you could still keep size of browser equipment small, because not
everyone use all features of todays web. It should work almost 100% right, you go to site, it finds what you need to display or run it and it will install
all you need and run all properly. I'm not a programmer, so I don't ask what can be done, I ask what I want as a user and what is needed.
Hope you understand all that mess I wrote.
