Default Tool Bar Disappeared, How To Get It Back?

While configuring Opera, i clicked on something, I don't remember what, by my tool bar that has "File, Edit,
View, Help, About disappeared and I dont know how to get it back. Any help appreciated.

Just press Control+F11.

Default WRONG (sometimes)

In my case <cntrl> F11 didn't work and I had to edit opera.ini to set
SHOW MENU back to 1.

I thought the one at my gf's computer didn't work either, but it turned out
some program (the multi-screen with virtual desktops for WfW 3.11 that
was running) captured all: ctrl-f1 upto ctrl-f11 to be able to switch to
virtual desktops.

Are you sure there is not some other program capturing this key and
just having 'do nothing' associated with it there?
