Need Major Help!

Can some one help me please!
I kinda screwed up my computer so I did one of those special boots where it wipes all partial user files and restores factory settings and now that i've done that i've got my computer up and running. Only thing is when I try use Microsoft Update it kinda freezes even though the Windows Task Manager says it's running fine. I don't understand it?

Is it there website that freezes when collecting the updates?

It doesn't matter no more ^_^
I fixed the problem, It was something in my services program that was also causing me to not allow my computer to Shutdown but ever since I fixed that everything else is fine.
