| MK PitStop Member | I am scared of changing the registry, but sometimes I have to when I have to delete registry entries of spywares/trojans. I do not know if my registry is clean and I sometimes think a cluttered registry is one reason a computer slows down. Will Registry Mechanic or similar programs be able to help? | MK PitStop Member | If you're going to manually delete a registry entry, you might as well save it first before deleting. You do it via File > Export. Then save it somewhere... er... safe. ![]() These registry-cleaning programs usually have a backup option, and if they do, there'll be less worry for you. | ||
