Acer aspire1 gets pricing

Acer has released its pricing for its new aspire 1 netbook. The pricing is as suspected, around the £200-£300 mark ($400-$600). The pricing for each individual model is as follows:
Aspire One A110L

Aspire One 150X

* Windows XP Home-edition
* 512MB RAM
* £279.99

Aspire One 150X 1GB

* Windows XP Home edition
* 1GB RAM
* £299.99 inc. VAT

Each netbook comes with the long-awaited Atom processor, running at 1.6Ghz. However, there are no official release date yet; other than Asus-esk coming soon promises.

I do want a cheap laptop. But I just want one for not much above $100 until I get a really nice one with atleast over a 250gig Hard Drive. I may be interested in an Acer though for now

A lot of people are really running this machine down, but they seem to forget that the purpose of this is to have a cheap, small machine. If you want high quality, then you will have to pay for it. If you pay budget, that's what you get.

Is this good? I been hearing that acer is not that good when it comes to laptop. Please suggest. I need to buy this next week.
