Guys, help. I had problem with my internet explorer. Each time when I started to open my Internet explorer a box contain this words always appear. "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." With two button below. "Send error report" "Don't send" error report. When I click one of the button, the IE will automatically shut down. I had to try several times before i can open a page and surf online. same thing also happen with firefox. Maybe something wrong with my program or etc. Can anybody help me? maybe there are some kind of program that can help me investigate this kind of problem? Thanks

since the problem is with both firefox and internet explorer i suggest going for opera and then check if everything is all right.if problem persists then reload ur os and the problem may be there | ||

That might be because of addons. Try starting internet explorer in safe mode or try using opera or safari browser. | ||

Same thing happens with firefox also... I experienced this only when some ads come in the webpages that we are surfing... | ||
