Default Questions about the comparison Insurance Company have made to my old laptop! help!

Hi
My Fujitsu Siemens Amilo A1630 fell onto the floor, and it is now broken. I have phoned the insurance company who have chosen a laptop which they believe is of similar if now higher spec than my previous laptop....i'm not sure it is!!

I agree that the RAM is higher, and it has an inbuilt webcam (wohoo!) but that's about all i can notice, and i think i should be getting a higher spec off of them

here is a breakdown of both laptops....

Old one - Fujitsu Siemens Amilo A1630,
AMD Athlon 64 3400+,
2.2GHz, 333MHz,
512 Mb RAM,
DDR SRAM,
80 GB hard drive,
DVD-RW,
Graphics Card ATi Mobility Radeon 9700,
128Mb graphics memory

The one they have offered me - Compaq C765EM
Intel Celeron C550,
2.0GHz, 533 MHz FSB, 1 MB cache,
1024 Mb RAM,
DDR 2,
80 GB hard Drive,
DVD Super Multi Double Layer,
Graphics Card Mobile Intel GMA X3100,
251 Mb graphics memory

I don't understand much about how the inside of a computer works, but I'm sure that the AMD Athlon 64 is better than the Intel Celeron, and i'm pretty sure that the graphics card i had in the Amilo was much better than the one in the Compaq!

Can anybody confirm this (and possibly explain it to me in a way that i can take to the insurance company) or can anybody point out something different where my old laptop was superior so that i can go back to the insurance company and tell them, also if i am wrong and the new laptop they have offered me is a good deal, please also let me know

any help will be very much appreciated

cheers
