Spec as below - newly built - have read through forum info and disabled power management in Bios but still happens - whilst in use computer freezes - various applications - cannot control alt delete - have to reset. Have noticed however if computer on but not in use no problems - don't think this is heat related - extra fan fitted just in case. OS is Millenium - up to date with virus software Same problem if processor is running at 1.8GHz or 1.2GHz XP 2000+ CPU XP2200 Cooler & Fan Extra System Fan 512Mb DDR Ram 60GB 7200rpm Hard Drive x 2 ECS K7S5A Motherboard 64Mb DDR AGP Radeon 7000 Video Card SB Live 5.1 PCI Soundcard 300W Full Midi Tower Case 48x16x48 IDE CDRW 56X CDRom Floppy Drive Any ideas appreciated! | ||
