| MK PitStop Member | I am having trouble getting the scanner & computer to communicate. When I try to start the scanner it makes a clicking noise & does not respond. The lock on scanner is unlocked. I have tried uninstalling it & still gets same problem. I am using a USB port. Any suggestions? | ||
