| MK PitStop Member | My scanner works intermittently. The only fix HP offers is to unplug it for 3-5 seconds and plug it back in. This works occasionally, but more often that not, it doesn't work. Very frustrating! There is no error message, but the system reports that the software is not responding. Curious as to whether or not anyone else has this problem and if they have found a fix that really works. Thanks in advance. | ||
