| MK PitStop Member | I keep getting a message saying there is a fault with a USB and that it can be corrected if I 'click here', which would be alright except my computer freezes everytime the box with the notification pops up, and so I cannot click on anything. It only lasts about 3 seconds but is recurring constantly. Does anyone have a solution to this problem or could possible explain where I could manually locate the USB and determine which one is causing the problem? Regards PS Please take into account that I am have no idea what a USB is when replying. Thank you. | ||

| MK PitStop Member | Hi A USB is the socket that you plug in things like new mouse or keyboard etc etc. This sounds like spyware to me, do you have any spyware scanners?

| MK PitStop Member | Thank you for your response. That narrows down the problem for me, which suggest that it is the USB that supports the mouse. Could I be right? If so, what is the solution? Do I have any spyware scanners, yes. Something called a zapper which scans every time I turn on my computer. Is that what you mean? If not then please clarify. Thank you. Regards Sweetbee | ||
