I agree. You would do yourself a big favour by upping your expenditure for this venture by another $400 or $500, then at least you will be able to purchase or build your own computer with a little more than basic specifications. :-)

Not wanting to favour one MK member over another but from past experience Alex knows his stuff when it comes to computer specifications and what one would expect to pay for what one wants. Give him a try :-)

well first you must give more specifications on the computer and second with 500$ i think it wont be a very good computer

Well i think you belong to India thats y you written amount in rupees well there you can buy a computer at 21000 easily and with very good configuration like Intel core 2 motherboard,nvedia chip set,1 g.b ram and web cam etc....

well in my country that amount of $500 i will be able to buy a very good computer, a very fast one. i think computer now are reall cheap. i mean the desktop computers are really cheap now. but of course laptop are still expensive in my country.
