Intel 440BX recommendations please

Hello:

I have purchased a used Targa video capture card made in the mid '90's.
I've been told to look for an older Intel MB using the 440BX chip set
for best compatibility with this system... but which one?

Here is what it MUST have:

33mhz clock speed (66 mhz max)
PCI bus mastering
Allocation of non-shared interrupt for above slot
Ability to accept full length (12.5") PCI card with no obstructions
Memory space assigned to above slot must not be 0x50000000
Windows NT 4 compatible

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
