Putting windows on a Compact Flash (CF) card

I have seen infomation about putting windows on a Compact Flash (CF) card, but I can't seem to get all the info I need.
I know that putting windows on a Compact Flash (CF) card can be done, but would love to know some more like:

What would be the minimum size CF card need
Would it matter if it was xp pro
Is there files from windows xp I can delete after
What would I need to use the CF card as a HDD
Would I still need a HDD as well as the CF card

Sorry for all the questions but I have been wanting to be putting windows on a Compact Flash (CF) card for a wile now ready for my car computer.

not only windows but you can run your webserver from a mem stick also
