Default internal hard drive

hi all,

i dont know much about computers and im hoping you can help me. im using an ibm thinkpad r50e model and my internal hard drive is starting to be reaching its limit. i was wondering, is it possible to change my internal hard drive into a much bigger capacity so that my computer can run more smoothly? or the internal hard drive cant be changed?

You can replace your internal hard disk. I think you can add another instead of replacing if there is space.
