| Member Level 1 | I am in the process of converting my mac mini (1st gen.) to an htpc. I am wondering if 256MB of RAM will be sufficient to record, watch tv, possibly while doing homework, and playback smoothly, while on safari. I ask this because when I use Safari, X11, Oo2.0 (open office) simultaneously, I have 4MB of free RAM! Also, if I need to add more RAM, should I first get a tv tuner and then RAM, or the ohter way around. Thanks
