Do you have any idea of overclocking on Mercury Motherboards which have Inter Pentium 4 2.48GHz?

Do be careful don't over do it heard of burn outs on this.

My friend just brought a new processor so I also want to like to overclock it. Is it really necessary to do this? I mean is there any step by step procedure so that we can follow through?
