First thing I'd look at is the PSU. Is it powerful enough, good brand?

Return the SOYO for another board.... ASUS, MSI... Gigabyte.

SOYOs are nothing but nightmares... check out the SOYO group.

Its a nice feature set board - but the engineering is poor, and I had
the SOYO Platium Edition... lots of problems.

Replace it with an MSI - rock solid. Shesh, even the onboard NIC on
the soyo was SLOW and wasn't 100% stable, while the MSI was perfect
every time.
