Default PC Toys 80mm Tornado Case Fan

Was the CFM figures that were really good, BUT I have just hooked it up to
my Antec PSU fan output which drops the fan speeds depending on temperature
and it is now running at just 2860 rpm and it is still loader than my Antec
case fans,.
Anyone got a recommendation for a case fan that moves a lot of air and is
still quiet?? The fan is for the side panel and will blow onto the cpu and
northbridge.
Patrick
