Default Bluetooth audio->Car Bluetooth adapter?

I was just recently looking at purchasing a Toyota Prius and saw that
it had built-in bluetooth (presumably for celluar hands-free
operation). I was wondering if there was any way I could use the
built-in bluetooth capability to send audio to the car stereo from an
mp3 player via bluetooth.

Not sure if the Sony HBM-30
(http://www.infosyncworld.com/news/n/3218.html) could do it.

I also see that

AFAIK the HBM-30 only acts as a Bluetooth headset and plays mp3s off its
Memory-Stick Duo card. You can't send or receive files to it over Bluetooth.
I expect the car itself acts as a Bluetooth headset as well. There will be
no way to transmit the music from the HPM-30 via Bluetooth.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but how can a player act like a headset...
I think that the player sends a signal to another device like for example a
headset.

I also suppose that the BT in the car acts like a receiver/headset.
So the most logical solution is that the BT in the car can receive the
signal send by the player.
Again ; correct me if I'm wrong.

But isn't is better to contact your Toyota dealer to ask what you can use
the BT in the car for.
I know that certain models om BMW also have BT on board, but I think that
it's only used for handfree calling.

Regards,
Juju

THe HPM-30 is designed to be a headset for a bluetooth phone, and a standard
flash memory mp3/atrac player in one unit.
You can be listening to some music from the player with the wired
headphones, then when a call comes in from the bluetooth phone in your
pocket/bag the music switches off and the audio comes from the phone.
Think of it just like a walkman that can also answer the phone.
It is not a bluetooth storage device or music transmitter.
