Default Bluetooth 1.2

Hello,

I have a question to the new bluetooth standard, which will start end of
2003. Where can I read out some more informations about the new standard?
Which functions will change from standard 1.1?

Thanks for your help

Rene

Default Bluetooth 1.2

It depends. It might be possible to do with some features such as AFH
(Adoptive Frequency Hopping) and eSCO (enchanced audio) are excluded.
Such feature might require hardware change.

You might be able to access to 1.2 specs if you register yourself
with www.bluetooth.org. I think guest users (access to forums only)
might not be able to obtain them.

Quite a few major changes have been made in 1.2. The end users
will definitely appreciate them. Particularly, the faster connection
establishment feature.
