| Greetings, You didn't mention what MS OS you are using. I have both XP and Win2K and in order to get things working I usually have to manually establish a Serial Connection to the Bluetooth adapter from the PC. You also didn't mention what SW you are using. Is it XTND for Outlook synching? This is what I use. If you don't have it you can get it through the Sony Ericcson website. There is also a SE program that will transfer picture files to the phone. If this doesn't work can you please provide more info on OS and applications? Thanks TC "didgerman" <aw9900012@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:qmgJa.1568$yw5.24703@newsfep4-glfd.server.ntli.net... > Chaps, > I need to connect a t68i to my pc with blutooth. > All I want to do is move pictures and sync my Outlook calendar. > I've got a TDK usb adaptor. > So far I've had no luck with any of the TDK software: the 'send to > bluetooth' shell extension causes errors in most of my Ms software, happily, > office asks me if I want to disable it.. > I can pair the phone and computer, but after that nothing works. > Any help, much appreciated. > btw, does anybody have a good e-mail addy for TDK? > Cheers > > | |||

TBH, I've just got the thing working, not sure how though..... I can update my 'pim' Outlook with xtnd ....usually.....it seems to please itself when it allows me to use a comport.... I had to enable com 3 manually in the SE software, should it be reserved or not? What I'd also like to do is send pictures from the phone to the PC, via bluetooth, but this just ain't happening. Any ideas there? Cheers

It does not seem like you can iniciate anything from the phone itself. I beleive I've an early version of the firmware though.... Pretty much solved here, it's hit and miss though.

I've read that Dell has the Widcomm 1.4 drivers out. Anyone know how to pull them apart to work for TDK usb?
