New Graphic Card required for UK user

I have new games (star trek legacy, Medieval II Total war ) but cannot play because my graphics card does not have 1.4 pixel shading. I need a new graphic card but being so dim with pcs am desperate for help. I have been recommended the following, but have no idea really what I am looking for. My budget is about £100.

I would go for the

GeForce 7600 GS OC 512MB DDR2 HDTV/DVI (AGP)

the last link, I have the NVIDIA GeForce2 MX 400 and play cod 2 and that needs pixel shading, but I have played with the settings on the game and I can play it now, As I am not that up on the games you have and want to play I cant help you with the setting sorry, but maybe looking into it your self you should be able to play with them some how.

As for you having a Dell, I would make sure that it is upgradeable as I no dell can make it very hard to do so
