Default New Psu Advice.

Hi my gaming pc consists of the following---
APEVIA X-CRUISER.
ASUS P5KKC MOTHERBOARD.
2-SAPHIRE ATI HD 2900XT IN CROSSFIRE.
INTEL CORE DUO E4400.
THERMALTAKE BLUE ORB FAN.
4GB CRUCIAL BALLISTIX TRACER MEMORY.
750GB SATA HARD DRIVE.
ARCTIC 700WATT PSU.
2-PIONEER 112D OPTICAL DRIVES.
SOUND BLASTER LIVE.
VISTA HOME PREMIUM.
SAMSUNG 32INCH LCD,PC RUN INTO HDMI.
LOGITECH NEW G15 KEYBOARD.
LOGITECH MX RVOLUTION MOUSE.
JBL CREATURE SPEAKER SYSTEM
My problem is games keep freezing in crossfire, but work when one card is used.
I would say i need a new PSU,as the fans also stop working under the extra load of crossfire.
Can anyone reccomend a power supply, i was thinking of a Thermaltake toughpower 1000w TTWO132.As this would fit in the case, any larger & the top fan gets in the way.
I would like to go for even more power if you think a 1000w is not adequate, bearing in mind the room in the case.
Thanks for your help.
