Default First Build - Advice

Hi guys, I'm attempting my first PC build. Appreciate some advice on choice of components. Looking to build a reasonable priced gaming m/c with potential to extend later. Current thinking is as follows:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750
Motherboard: Asus P5E
Graphics: HIS HD 3870 512MB GDDR4 PCLe
Memory: 2 x 1GB Corsair TWINX XMS2 8500 DDR2 EPP

Hiper HPU-5K680 Type R 680w Modular power supply
Antec P182 Case

Other bits yet to decide (HDD etc.). Anyone see any compatability probs. Although P5E supports CrossFire, the HIS Graphics card requires CrossFire-X so I probably can't double up in the future, but I don't anticipate needing to.
Appreciate comments/concerns. Thanks in anticipation!
