| Member Level 1 | I have just spent a happy afternoon rebuilding my computer. Abit Fatal1ty FP-IN9 motherboard, Leadtek NVidia 8600GT 256Mb video card, Corsair DDR2 XMS2-5400C4 RAM, Intel Core 2 duo E2160 1.8Ghz processor and Huntkey 500W power supply. I reused the hard drive from the original computer. Initially when I started it up it went through the booup as far as the initial windows screen (flag)glimpse of blue screen then went into a loop as it restarted. After that everything booted up, but nothing displayed on the screen. I switched the RAM around to see if that helped and now it shuts down after about 4 or 5secs. I have taken everything out and checked the connections but can make no improvment at all. Can anyone suggest anything. | ||

| Member Level 1 | Does it keep rebooting even if you don't initiate a reboot? If so, I think your Power Supply Unit has to be checked and replaced. | ||
