Default Garmin GPS 12 Location Error

Whilst doing some GeoCaching today I noticed that me GPS was 0.32 miles out
on both of the locations we went to! I doubled checked the coordinates, and
their settings, I had loads of clear satellites & good accuracy! Can anyone
explain why? I was set to OS Grid &WGS 84.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Jon
