spoken hints with navigation software

is there anyone who can tell me if there is any kind of navigationsoftware
for my laptop / notebook which gives me spoken navigation hints. i prefer a
nice dutch lady or something but a guy with a rough voice is better then
notting.

TomTom would be ideal, but the poster was asking about a laptop product, and
TomTom Navigator is a Pocket PC app...
