Default Terraserver URL change

FYI:
It seems Terraserver has changed their website, using
"aspx" pages instead of "asp" pages, so you may need to
update bookmarks and/or applications to access the Terraserver
aerial photo or topo map images.

Turns out the change took place a while ago, in late May
(or earlier), but I didn't notice, as I rarely make use
of Terraserver(no Canadian coverage ;-)
