Plastico HT is a opensource software for the CarPC management, in order to install it just downloaded it the last one build from the this link:

With Plastico you can listen music (MP3 and WMA format only) through Aquarius in independent way from other readers installs to you on the computer.
Aquarius is not a frontend to WinAmp or a simple application interfaced to Windows Media Player like many frontend available in Windows, but it use FMod, a library used for the videogame sound.

Aquarius allows to manage playlist of your preferred song and save the equalizer settings so you are able to load them to when you need to do it.

The video section is powered by Cinecittà, a vedeo player based MPlayer the famous media player released under GNU General Public License.

Many video and audio codec are support natively through the library libavcodec of the FFmpeg project.

The combination of the decryptation software, Windows codec and the implementation of codec covered by copyright, concurs with MPlayer to see many video like QuicTime, DivX and RealMedia without having codec installed on your system.

Like Aquarius, you can manage the playlist also with Cinecittà, and can regulate many video properties like brightness, saturaion, contrast and hue and save them in configuration file.
With Plastico HT you can plays game with the full MAME support, just copy MAME rom in appropriate folder and software will automatically recognize them and the game will be available the the users.

MAME functions are available exclusively by joystick, without needing keyboard connected to the Carputer.

There are a first prototype Navigon NCK 5 frontend and a new image viewer.

If you want try Navigon with Plastico make backup of the following configuration file because the frontend change them in order to adapt the resolution and to set up the gps:

To setup ambient just decompress the zip in the folder "c:\plastico HT" and run the terminal script “SetupAmbient.bat”, after that install the font “PLASD___.ttf” located in “Binary.Releases”.
Now you can run Plastico by ice.exe
