Need to change my car audio..

I really need to change them before they start killing me..

Any suggestions on which cd player and speakers I should buy that I can blast all the time without worrying damaging it? And at a reasonable price too. Thanks!

I have sony xplode cd player and pioneer speakers. It gives a great blasting sound and also clear sound. I don't remember exactly, sony xplode cost was around 6000 INR.
