| Member Level 3 | I have an older car. I am wondering what is the best way for me to go about getting my ipod to play in my car? I have heard mixed reviews about FM transmiters. I would like to keep the cost sorta low since I don't realy want to put any money into the car. | ||

| Member Level 3 | FM transmiters are against the law? That is crazy. The only thing I am worried about is I live and I some what large city and I have heard that other things will interfear with the signal. But I am probably going to go that way. Cause I have a friend that just told me he can get one pretty cheap. | ||

| MK PitStop Member | I read this a while ago Quote:
The reason why they are against the law is becuase you could interfer with signals that your not ment to pick up. meaning you could crash a plain lol the maximum power output is 250 micro volts measured at 3 meters, anything more and you are bracking the FCC rules and could get a big fine of $10,000 per day per occurrence in the US, I am not to sure on the infomation within the UK. Please note I have picked this infomation up when reading the internet, I could be wrong as you cant belive all you read on the internet, and what is correct I could not correctly tell you.
