Default VW beta - which CD changer?

Can you please tell me which CD changers are compatible with Volkswagen
Beta. Original VW changer costs too much.
All I want is cheaper changer which can be controlled and recognized by
my beta radio. It would be enough if song +/- and disc +/- worked (and
cdtext :-)

Thanks in advance
