| Member Level 2 | Well it would go a little like this in fantasy land..... MotherBoard: Pentium M ITX (big + fast is ok but Small + fast is better) Processor: Pentium M 2.1 Ghz (its the only choice if money is no object) Memmory: 1 gig is enough for anyone. Graphics : Nvidia 6800 Low Profile. Storage: Next Generation 2.5" sata drive (Now Available) PSU : M2-ATX (you could probably power this setup with an M1) Frontend: I have to say RoadRunner (I'm biased) | ||

| Member Level 2 | @ Scoot, yeah i made the case from an old 300 cd storage box i had layin around, there are lots of boxes of this modular construction around at the moment, tool boxes,make-up cases.I just ripped it apart cut everything to the dimensions i wanted and glued it back together. The lining is Akasa Paxmate sound absorbing foam, the intake for the rackmount cooler is a subwoofer Port. Sadly there are no Photo's of the build in progress(i had to borrow a camera yesterday to take the photo's above). @ Dito Best advice i can give is stick around the forums and look at what others are doing for inspiration, before you know it you'll have more ideas than you can impliment. | ||
