Cellphones... you're right about the N-Gage part, but the majority of them are just comm devices, not really handhelds. They're handheld comm devices, but not handhelds in the modern tongue.

Mobile gaming is fun, though - most especially because the majority of the games there are downright gameplay-rich. If you try giving some flare to it, however, it tends to get laaaaaag.

I'm no mobile game enthusiast, but a lot of my friends are, and they tend to play more on their Nokias and SEs than they do on their PSPs and DSs.

Probably it's because they're in an office environment, but it does give the hint that mobile gaming may be a different category, but it is still handheld gaming to me.
