Default Nintendo Confirms Two-Toned DS Lite Bundle

Quote:

First revealed via a Future Shop listing last month, the two-toned black/red DS Lite system with Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day has been confirmed by Nintendo for simultaneous release alongside the standalone game on August 21st. As expected, the bundle will retail for $149.99.
"The top half of the new Nintendo DS sports a smooth, glossy Crimson, reminiscent of a dangerous shade of lipstick or a cherry-red sports car," reads the Nintendo press release. "The bottom is a matte black -- an Onyx yin that complements the Crimson yang."
Nintendo has yet to release any official shots of the bundle, so we have included the original image from the pulled Future Shop listing above. As speculated previously, it appears that the pictured carrying case is a retailer-specific bonus, as it was not mentioned in the Nintendo release.
